Story
On the 13th June 2021, Our world was turned upside down and our hearts were crushed. After a long hard 18month battle with cancer, our loving Husband, Dad and grandad gained his angel wings at the age of 54.
Dad never got beaten by this disease, it took him. It wasn’t a fair fight because if it was he would be here now.
There is so much more to be done in the fight against this cruel disease and more lives need to be saved.
In his memory we as a family pledge to do more to save more families the heartbreak we face.
Hi all , I hope you get to see this ! I am doing the race for life in memory of my loving dad and his battle . In hope to raise money to oesophagus cancer .
I not ran for years due to an achillies injury but am going to do this for my dad and hopefully do something every year in his honour and memory .
I will be completing this race on the 17th of October at 1pm in heaton park
Along with my loving mother , my big sister , my beautiful niece and my best friend . All donations are appreciated x
